Dear Candidate
We are looking for Business analysts who possess good communication skills and a strong desire to work in capital markets or investment banking domain. This very good opportunity with a top financial institution.
Job Description
Good Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
Interact with local development teams to understand business requirements.
Lead analysis and documentation of business needs, prepare analysis and business requirements documentation.
Creating functional specifications and artifacts like Use cases and flow diagrams.
Evaluate the suitability of proposed system and process solutions against the documented business requirements.
Preparing test cases and testing as well as assist the test team in the planning of testing. Activities to ensure that business requirements are proved.
Good communicator in terms of business acumen, talking with colleagues and stakeholders and being an effective listener.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years in capital markets or banking domain.
Strong Written and Communication Skills.
Strong understanding of one or more of the following capital markets or banking domains at broad level to talk to customer and development team:
Equities
Derivatives
Fixed income
Forex markets
Banking
Investment Banking
Strong Customer Interfacing Skills.
Writing Functional Test cases.
Creating Use Cases and flow diagrams.
Training the team on the various domain and business requirements.
Good knowledge of MS office.
A technical skill like knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Education details: - MBA is mandatory, BE with MBA would definitely be an asset not mandatory
